Khalil Hymore is a food and prop stylist, culinary producer, recipe developer, and writer based in New York City. He has worked on staff as a food editor at Prevention, Martha Stewart's Everyday FoodLadies’ Home Journal, and Country Living magazines, where he developed a passion for creating inspiring recipes and bringing beautiful food photos to millions of home cooks regularly. Khalil’s work has also appeared in the pages of Shape, Rachael Ray Every Day, Real Simple, O: The Oprah Magazine, and Food Network magazines, as well as on sites for Bon Appétit, AOL, WEtv, Food Network, and Martha Stewart. He was also host of the culinary web series The Tasty Dish with Khalil for WEtv.com, and has been a featured guest on Good Day New York, Better TV, and Wall Street Journal LIVE.

Khalil's styling work has also appeared in national advertising campaigns for McCormick spices, Verizon, Samsung, Pepperidge Farm, St. Ives skin care, Chobani yogurt, and Blue Apron meal kits. 

Born and raised in Northern California, Khalil holds a degree in cinema studies and film production from San Francisco State University and a Grand Diploma in culinary arts from the French Culinary Institute. He currently resides in New York City and is probably, at this very moment, contemplating what to feed his family for dinner tonight.
